“Dance Work “is a collaborative work of dedicated local and international choreographers and artists, who will lead a series of dance workshops. This invitation is addressed to adults from migrant backgrounds who are interested in elaborating in a course period of one month a co-creative choreographic work. The dance workshop consists of six meetings in the period of one month. On the last day of the workshop, we will organize a performance, where the participants come together to perform. We seek to support migrant bodies to develop mobility in their bodies, their personal development and in their relationship to the world around them. On longer-term outcomes, we hope the project can be conducted in the two countries Italy and Lebanon in a yearly meeting, of two dance workshops per year. That will definitely encourage participant to engage in workshops and performances.
